ZBL-U5700 Multichannel Ultrasonic Pile Integrity Tester

Function:
"Pile integrity test":  test the integrity of foundation pile according to ultrasonic transmission rule and it can detect the integrality of long continuous wall.
"Concrete defect or cavity test": test the concrete flaw by ultrasonic transmission rule.
"Concrete crack depth test": test the crack depth of concrete by adopting horizontal ultrasonic test method.

 

Field of use:
ZBL-U5 series multi-channel ultrasonic detector is the perfect device for cross-hole acoustic wave transmission method. This instrument is specifically designed for testing the pile foundation integrity by using acoustic wave transmission method, and contains the unique multi-channel self-emission and self-receiving system. It also enables the all-profile test of concrete pile with only one lift (3 or 4 acoustic testing pipes embedded), which makes the detection process more efficient and simpler.
